Nevernever in my life I will eat spicy food with icecream again!

Reason why is becos I had diarrhea for three times. I ate spicy chicken at Dhoby Ghout, because it's too spicy so I went to grabbed ice cream ( becos it's free flow) thinking that it will eased the spiciness in my mouth at the same time I ate the spicy chicken. However, after I finished bathing I went to toilet two times having diarrhea and at 6am in the morning I woke up because I feel pain in my stomach & this time was the worst diarrhea than previously, I thought I going to faint at the moment because the pain is kill ling me! After which I ate med & put some medical oil and slowly fell asleep.

It's a bad bad bad night however I manged to sleep until 11am today!(:
